30 day money back warranty
We offer a full 30 day refund warranty on all goods supplied by us in 2 ways:
(1) If you are not satisfied with a product because it doesn’t work, you can send it back to us for a refund within 30 days after you receive it.
(2) If the product works but you don’t like it, you can also send it back within 30 days for a refund. In this case we will charge a 15% restocking and handling fee.

One year manufacturers’ warranty
Within 1 year, you can send an item back for free repair. If a buyer breaks the item and some components need to be changed, we will charge for the original value of those components. (For example, the screen for a Tablet might cost $20 to $30, and the motherboard $25 to $50).

Return fees
In all instances, no matter what the reason for returning the goods, the buyers must pay the shipping fees for sending them back. Whether you are requesting an exchange, a repair or a refund, you must send the item back before we can take action. Once we receive the returned item(s), we will process the refund, repair or exchange immediately.

Return process
If you wish to return an item, you will need to start the process by contacting us for return instructions and we will establish what the problem is at that time. Please email our customer support department at support@johnlongmore.com and include your order number or PayPal receipt number and give a brief outline detailing your problem.
